“I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for all the help provided since I walked into the agency in April, 2007. I was helped with clothing, transportation and food. The caseworker even found a low cost housing rental which is now my current residence. I was released the day before and I had nothing but the clothes on my back. I was in desperate need of some help. The worker was a big help and a positive force in me putting my life back together. They were a good sounding board and gave healthy feedback, for what I have had to sort out in my life. I have been back a number of times and each time I get help with ideas to get myself further ahead in my journey. The worker has advocated for me with government offices and helped network me with other programs. I know personally it takes a lot of effort to get back to a productive and healthy life. With programs like this it makes it easier to do what you need to do and be ready”
