Windsor Park is a supported, independent living program designed to empower youth in identifying their needs, and accomplishing future goals. Staff at Windsor Park assist residents by helping them develop self-confidence, and identify and learn skills needed to live independently. They also assist in advocating on residents' behalf in order to help them access important community and health services.

The program models Relational, Developmental Assets, Resiliency, Restorative, and Harm Reduction that empowers youth to work towards their goals of independence. This is done through on-site workshops, client focused goal setting, advocacy, and informal intervention work.

The house is fully staffed by youth workers 24/7. Youth Workers assist residents in life skills, employment, recreation, volunteer activities and schooling. They also assist in accessing important community and health services.

After residency at Windsor Park, clients are encouraged to continually access the house for advocacy and general community support. This can be done on-site, or in the community.
